Float into deep rest during this gentle, water-based sound bath held Easter weekend.

Supported by warm water, in the indoor pool, and surrounded by healing sound, you’re invited into a space of surrender, renewal, and effortless restoration.

This immersion honors Easter as a time of natural rebirth — not through striving or struggle, but through being held, softened, and gently renewed.

No experience necessary.

Just bring your body, your breath, and your willingness to float.

Please wear your swimsuit and pack a towel, water bottle, and change of clothes, if you would like.

Light refreshments will be offered as we share in community following the sound bath.
