Heated Saltwater Pool
This Empress Circle is a floating ritual for release, alignment, and deep restoration. Slip into the heated saltwater pool, and allow the water to hold you while you soften into blissful relaxation. We open outside the pool introductions and gentle intention setting. You'll be guided through a relaxing meditation to calm your nervous system. Experience a full chakra blessing with singing bowls, affirmations, and sound frequencies that travel through the water and into your body.
Floating amplifies the effects of the bowls, so the healing tones can support your nervous system, emotional regulation, and energetic alignment.
This session is designed to help you cleanse the heaviness you may be carrying, relax and reconnect with yourself. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and beautifully recalibrated from root to crown.
Water hammocks and other floaties are provided, but please bring any favorite float of your own.
