You’re warmly invited to gather under beautiful skies, on sacred land, to connect and drum at The Healing Center.

No drumming experience required. This is free-flow, feel-it-in-your-chest rhythm-making.

Bring something to bang on. Djembe, bongos, box drum, tambourine, wood blocks… or a pot lid.  Cowbell is welcome! Laura will have a few instruments to share on a first come, first serve. 

Bring a water bottle, blanket and/or chair, and a snack to share!
