New Year's Sound Bath

with Community as Medicine

Let's begin the year immersed in a beautiful soundscape created by the resonant instruments of the didgeridoo, singing bowls, ocean drum and much more offered by Community as Medicine's Amy Renee - Dearheart and Pauly Lama.               

We'll gather in the Community Room and then move to the indoor pool to float and allow the music to move us into a state of deep relaxation.

Please wear your swimsuit and bring a towel, water bottle, and change of clothes, if you would like.

Light refreshments will be offered as we share in community following the sound bath.
