Combining the soothing elements of water with expert therapeutic techniques, Hydro Massage Therapy is a gentle and deeply relaxing form of bodywork performed in warm water. It integrates elements of massage, stretching, and shiatsu, providing a holistic approach to healing and relaxation.

Gather in the Community Room (or under the portico in nice weather) for introductions, guided meditation, breathwork, and energy attunements. Then in the saltwater pool enjoy a beautiful sound bath to relax and allow your stress to melt away! Light refreshments will be provided.
Please wear your swim suit, and bring a towel, change of clothes, and water bottle.
Wednesdays
9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
$20 per Session
Join Sarah, each Wednesday, at The Healing Center for one all-inclusive hour that incorporates light weights, gentle stretches, and a short meditation to wrap up.
Please bring your mat, set of light hand weights, and a water bottle.
